MITCHELL RUSSELL
Founder & Owner
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Mitch developed a strong work ethic early on while caddying at a private country club, where he learned the importance of hard work and attention to detail. He played collegiate golf at Benedictine University and graduated in 2021.
Following graduation, Mitch spent four years in the equipment industry, gaining hands-on experience in equipment sales and rentals. In 2025, he co-founded IronCheck after recognizing an opportunity to modernize and redefine the equipment inspection process.
